All plants sales are unfortunately non-refundable, non-returnable or exchangeable. We only supply live & healthy, thriving plants. Each order gets fully inspected for quality upon fulfillment and order drop off.
Should there have been an issue with a shipped parcel, buyer has to contact us ASAP (within 24 hours) while retaining the plant & complete packaging & parcel as received. Each situation will be evaluated individually and a solution provided.
